We accept all major Credit Cards, Wire Transfers, PayPal, or PRE-Payment by Check.
We ship to verified addresses only: your shipping address must be on file with your creditor as either the primary billing, secondary, or alternate address. Texas Media Systems ships via UPS Ground to the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO boxes or postal mailboxes.
Texas Media Systems offers manufacturer's
warranty on all new products. We do not sell gray market products.
Return period for all items is 7 days.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories, literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards.
No returns will be accepted without an approved RMA #, from Texas Media Systems. Return of Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) are only valid for 10 days.
Items with timers must show less than 120 minutes of use.
TMS is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
The customer is responsible for all return shipment charges.
If any of the above conditions are not met, TMS reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restock fee of not less than 20%, at our sole discretion.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion. Returns and/or exchanges, due to defects, also require an RMA.
Refunds on returned items paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase. Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will only be made by check.
